These Terms govern your use of joingrooms.com and the GROOMS waitlist (the "Service"), operated by GROOMS, LLC ("GROOMS," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
GROOMS is a trip-planning and coordination service for group trips. We help crews plan a weekend, and a human concierge (the "Desk") can book and manage it on your behalf. GROOMS is not a bank. The crew card is a pre-funded commercial card issued through our banking and payments partners and usable everywhere major cards are accepted; crew contributions are collected and applied to your trip through our payments processor. GROOMS coordinates bookings and payments on your behalf but does not itself hold, lend, or transmit funds.
If you choose to move forward, you and your crew fund the trip, and the Desk coordinates bookings with third-party vendors (venues, lodging, activities). Those bookings are subject to each vendor's terms, pricing, and cancellation policies, which the Desk will share before you commit. Unspent crew funds are returned to each contributor's share after the trip, subject to any vendor charges already incurred.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account or hold.
Don't misuse the Service — no unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, no interfering with the Site's operation or security, and no attempting to access data you're not authorized to.
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROOMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as GROOMS grows. We'll post the new version here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
